4. The return request is made within 3 days of delivery

After this period, we cannot accept returns for any reason.

For safety and regulatory reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Items purchased during sales or promotional periods

  • Items returned after the 3-day window

  • Products exposed to heat, water, or contamination after delivery

3. Responsibilities Regarding Third-Party Shipping

We use third-party logistics providers for deliveries.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier

  • We depend on the courier’s verification for damage or loss claims

  • If the courier confirms the issue, we will proceed with a replacement or return authorization

  • Customers must provide the tracking number, photos of the package, and delivery proof

4. How to Request a Return (Step-by-Step)

6. Replacement Options
