We use third-party logistics providers for deliveries.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier
We depend on the courier’s verification for damage or loss claims
If the courier confirms the issue, we will proceed with a replacement or return authorization
Customers must provide the tracking number, photos of the package, and delivery proof
